ITAMS FORMS (Required)

  • ITAMS Departmental Approver Authorization Form  
    Each department must submit the names of the three individuals authorized to serve as department approvers for ITAMS. Send completed forms to the payroll office.
     
  • Statement of User Responsibility
    Individuals authorized by their department to serve as an ITAMS Departmental Approver (timekeeper, HR contact, Payroll contact) must provide a completed & signed “Statement of User Responsibility” form to the payroll office. For more information about the policy, refer to ACAF 7.02 available on-line from the University’s policies and procedures manual.

ITAMS Training/Reference Information

The ITAMS training guides provide step through instructions for time entry and also provide illustrative screen shots for the user. Copies can be printed and used as handouts as your department prepares for the transition to ITAMS.

WEB-BASED SUPERVISOR UPDATE PROGRAM (Accessed through VIP)

The University's web-based Supervisor Update Program allows authorized individuals to add/update supervisor information for all department employees. The system, which is accessible through VIP, allows departments to update supervisor information on-line, without having to submit paper documents to the Human Resources Office for processing. How easy it that???

To receive authorization to use the Supervisor Update Program, click on the link below to print a copy of the authorization form. Send the completed form to the USC Payroll Office at 1600 Hampton Street. The Supervisor Update Program is simple to operate, and illustrated instructions can be read or printed from the link "How to use the web-based Supervisor Update Program" shown below. If you still have questions after reading the instructions, contact the payroll office at (803)777-4227.

Please note: The Supervisor Update Program is NOT part of the ITAMS time and attendance system. ITAMS is a time and leave collection system and, as such, cannot alter supervisor information.
